This course will teach you how to properly and safely begin full body core and breathing stabilization exercises. Learning proper breathing and core stabilization exercises will help you advance your training while teaching you how to avoid injury during movement. This class is tailored to those with pain, recovery from injury, and those who want to continue into regular daily activity safely. You will immediately discover many valuable techniques you can apply to your training programs.
