Training Principles
This course will help you understand the different types of training programs and how to apply the correct training based on your fitness and wellness goals. You will immediately learn about program development and several techniques you can apply to your health and wellness program. This class is offered in person and over Zoom.

Breath and Core in Movement
This course will teach you how to properly and safely begin full body core and breathing stabilization exercises. Learning proper breathing and core stabilization exercises will help you advance your training while teaching you how to avoid injury during movement. You will immediately discover many valuable techniques you can apply to your training programs.

Upper and Lower Body Foundations
This course will help you build foundational strength through corrective exercise, mobility, and entry-level strength exercises. These classes are suitable for those returning to exercise, those with prior injuries or current movement limitations, and who want to improve their overall functional strength, so they can safely enjoy everyday activities.

Upper And Lower Body Strength
This advanced class is for those without movement and pain limitations. This training aims to help you gain strength while maintaining proper form during exercise. You will participate in a wide range of strength modalities, including bands, body weight exercises, kettlebells, and weights. This class will help you learn the foundations of strength training and give you a great, safe, and fun workout!
All participants need approval before joining this class.

Shoulder Foundations
Shoulder Foundations will teach the core principles of proper mobility and strength of the upper body. You will learn how to apply these principles to overcome mobility and pain restrictions in your shoulders and upper body and how to avoid injury during movement and exercise. You will learn actionable and easy-to-follow exercises for your neck, shoulder, and thoracic spine and how to incorporate these principles into an easy daily practice. You will learn to assess your movement and the progressions needed to safely advance your strength training and mobility practice.
