The Foundations of Health and Wellness program is an individualized coaching program designed to give you the tools you need to overcome the challenges, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging behaviors that keep you from committing to a long-term healthy and active lifestyle. Health, wellness, and healing is a lifestyle. It is meant to embody every aspect of living, including living life feeling happy and energized. I am a recovered alcoholic since 2012, and my vision and mission for health means living and practicing the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional components of my life. It took many painful life experiences to find my way and overcome some of my bigger life challenges. For me, living a healthy life means spending time on my own personal and professional development while trying to balance all the other areas of my life.
