Reiki Level 1 Workshop | February 24-25th

Reiki is an ancient technique that brings relaxation and promotes healing. Reiki is natural, harmless, and only produces positive results. Anyone can learn to administer Reiki energy, and everyone and everything can benefit from receiving it!

This Reiki Level 1 workshop is offered by Kevin Pedrey and Chelsea Bruch. During this workshop, students will learn the basic history of Reiki, techniques for administering Reiki on themselves and/or others, and receive attunements that allow them to channel Reiki energy. Teachings are aligned with the Usui/Tibetan Reiki lineage.

Participants will be given the most useful techniques to begin a self-care practice, and they will be encouraged to practice daily for the best results with the material they learn in class. There will be plenty of time for practice and for asking questions. This class will prepare you for future training and for those interested in using Reiki to help others. This is the first class required if you are guided towards using Reiki energy healing to help heal others.
