Athletic Resilience optimizes physical and mental performance with tools to build strength, improve recovery, achieve lasting performance, increase stamina, recover faster, and reduce injury during exercise. This training is for Level 3 individuals as it will require higher levels of fitness conditioning and stamina to perform the exercises in this workshop
